These photos show the real lighting retrofit of a large logistics park. The AGGL06 series is an LED Lumileds that can serve as both a street light and a garden/path light. During late-night hours when traffic is sparse, the system automatically reduces power to 50%, further cutting electricity costs without compromising basic safety lighting. Estimated annual savings amount to tens of thousands of RMB.
Beyond energy savings, reliability in harsh environments is critical. The logistics park is located in an area with frequent summer thunderstorms. The old Lumileds suffered multiple surge-related failures, leading to high maintenance costs. The AGGL06 comes standard with surge protection (6kV line-line, 10kV line-earth) and is paired with Inventronics drivers. Since installation six months ago, there have been zero lightning-induced failures or driver issues. The IP66 rating ensures no water ingress even during heavy rain, and the IK08 impact resistance effectively handles the risk of accidental collisions by forklifts and container trucks frequently moving near the poles.
Operational data shows that the AGGL06 not only improves nighttime safety and comfort but also dramatically reduces maintenance frequency. With a rated lifetime of L70 ≥ 50,000 hours and a 5-year warranty, the product delivers a true “fit and forget” solution for users.
