AllGreen Chinese New Year Holiday 2026: Customer Service Arrangements

1. Holiday Schedule & Service Availability

Office Closure: From Thursday, February 12, 2026, to Monday, February 23, 2026 (inclusive). Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Production & Shipping: Our production facility will begin its holiday period earlier in February. Order processing, manufacturing, and shipments will gradually wind down and be suspended during the holiday. We advise planning your orders in advance. For specific timelines, please consult your dedicated account manager.

2. Key Recommendations

Order Planning: To mitigate potential shipping delays, we recommend placing your orders ahead of time with sufficient lead time.

Project Coordination: For ongoing projects, we suggest finalizing any critical milestones or confirmations before the holiday begins.

Emergency Contact: The holiday contact details for your specific account manager will be provided to you via separate email.
