AllGreen AGUB02 High Bay Light: High Efficiency and Strong Protection Combined

The AllGreen lighting production base, the AGUB02 high bay light is entering the mass production phase. This high bay light features a base luminous efficacy of 150 lm/W (with options of 170/190 lm/W), adjustable beam angles of 60°/90°/120°, IP65 dust and water resistance, IK08 impact resistance, and a 5-year warranty commitment. Each step from raw material selection to finished product is meticulously executed to embody the brand's strength through hardcore quality. Source Control: Selected raw materials lay the foundation for high efficiency and durability. The exceptional performance of AGUB02 starts with strict material selection. To achieve ultra-high luminous efficacy, the core LED light source uses imported high-efficiency chips, and each batch of chips must pass 12 indicators of testing, including luminous flux and color rendering index, ensuring stable output of the base 150 lm/W efficacy. The optional 170/190 lm/W versions utilize upgraded chips with special packaging processes, with a luminous efficacy decay rate that is 30% lower than the industry average. The lamp body material is made from high thermal conduction die-cast aluminum, which rapidly dissipates heat from the light source, providing cooling support for long-term high luminous efficacy operation. For the IP65 protection requirement, it boasts excellent aging resistance, establishing a robust waterproof and dustproof barrier right from the source. Additionally, the lenses are made from high light transmission PC material, with impact resistance that meets IK08 grade requirements. Precision Manufacturing: Multi-dimensional craftsmanship empowers performance realization. Entering the production workshop, the core performance of AGUB02 gradually takes shape through precision manufacturing. In the optical module assembly stage, specific tool changes are equipped for beam angle design (60°/90°/120°), where workers accurately align different angled lenses with the lamp body using positioning pins. Subsequently, a photometric calibration instrument is used to detect beam angle deviations, ensuring that the error does not exceed ±1°, satisfying the lighting needs of various scenarios such as warehouses, workshops, and venues.
